[New to Shopee] Can I change my payment method?

You can change your payment method anytime before the payment is successfully marked as 'Paid' in the Shopee app.
Steps to Change Your Payment Method:
- Go to the Me tab.
- Select To Pay.
- Click on Change Payment for your desired order.
- Select your preferred payment method.
For the Cash Payment at Physical Stores option, you can change your payment location to a different physical store, such as from 7-Eleven to KK Mart (or 99 Speedmart).
⚠️Note:
- Ensure you complete your payment by the due date listed on the My Purchases page.
If your order is not found on the To Pay page, it means your payment has already been processed with the previously selected method.
